Shipping policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! Every order is special to us and we want to make it special to you. 

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info for you to follow your package every step of the way. 

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping option chosen at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship, however that lies in the hands of the carrier. 

Please keep in mind: delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Keep an eye out for deals! Many times we will have promos for a day of free shipping or free shipping on orders over a certain cost. 

Tracking

As soon as your order is on the move, we'll send you a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to show up. 

Address Check

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't able to replace packages that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. While we aren't responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we're always happy to help guide you in the right direction if something seems off.
